Full-Stack Developer

About the Role

We're looking for a full-stack developer who's excited to tackle real business challenges with code. This isn't about checking boxes on a list of technologies, it's about rolling up your sleeves, understanding the problems our business faces, and building solutions that make a difference.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain features across our entire stack, from what users see to what makes it work behind the scenes

Collaborate directly with the business analyst to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions

Debug issues, optimize performance, and improve our codebase as you learn and grow

Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment

Contribute to technical decisions and architecture discussions

Learn new technologies and approaches with each project to expand your capabilities

What We're Looking For

Solid understanding of both frontend and backend development fundamentals

Experience with at least one modern frontend framework ideally React

Familiarity with server-side development (Node.js, Python or similar)

Basic database knowledge (SQL or PostgreSQL)

Genuine curiosity about how businesses work and how technology can solve real problems

What matters most:

Business awareness – You care about why you're building something, not just what you're building

Learning agility – You're comfortable with "I don't know, but I'll figure it out"

Communication – You can explain technical concepts and ask good questions

Ownership – You see projects through and care about the outcome

Experience Level
