Lead Data Modeler – Credit Modeling (Banking)We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Modeler with a strong background in banking and credit data modeling. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between the enterprise data program, the Lending & Credit division, and the Enterprise Data Modeling team. This is a leadership-focused role that requires strong stakeholder management, data modeling expertise, and delivery coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support enterprise data modeling initiatives within the banking domain, with a primary focus on credit and lending data models.Act as the key liaison between the Data Program team, Lending & Credit business stakeholders, and the Enterprise Data Modeling team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data models align with business requirements, enterprise standards, and regulatory expectations.Drive delivery coordination, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure successful execution of data modeling initiatives.Support data governance and modeling best practices across the organization.Required QualificationsProven experience as a Data Modeler with strong delivery management capabilities.Hands-on experience in the banking industry, with credit modeling experience being mandatory.Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, methodologies, and best practices.Experience working with: Power BIDatabricksEnterprise Data Modeling tools/softwareExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
