Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong ServiceNow development expertise to design, build, and support enterprise technology solutions. This role requires a developer who is comfortable working in a large, governed IT environment and can leverage AI tools to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and code review while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and supportability.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and support applications and integrations. Administer and develop ServiceNow platform solutions, including configuration, customization, and ongoing platform enhancements Collaborate with business partners, architects, security teams, and product owners to deliver scalable enterprise solutions. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Utilize approved AI tools to improve development efficiency, testing coverage, documentation, and code quality. Follow established architecture, security, governance, and change management standards. Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of full stack software development experience in an enterprise environment. Experience with modern development frameworks, APIs, databases, and cloud-based applications, with particular emphasis on SQL, .NET, React, and JavaScript. Strong understanding of software development best practices, testing methodologies, and CI/CD processes. Experience working within formal governance and architecture review processes. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. 2+ years of ServiceNow admin/development experience across platform configuration, scripting, workflows, and integrations Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, scripting, integrations, and platform customization. Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies. ServiceNow certifications are a plus. Experience working within Agile or SAFe delivery frameworks. What We're Looking For A developer who combines strong technical expertise with sound engineering discipline. Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team. For RI this ranges from $114,000.00-$126,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
