PROGRAM DIRECTOR - Autistic Community Activity Program - Milwaukie, ORSummer Camp Program Director, F/T, Autistic Community Activity Program (ACAP), Milwaukie, OR. Operate & evaluate ACAP's Summer Program for those in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) population. Supervise all site supervisors, camp counselors & camp assistants. Maintain timely communications with board, executive team, staff, parents, attendees & community. Ensure financial stability by maintaining & following board budget recommendations & supporting fund raising. Job performance requires incidental travel within normal commuting distance of ACAP office to visit local program sites during the summer (late June to mid-August). Requires: High School Diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent education + 3 yrs experience in program management & 2 yrs project budgeting; 1 yr in stakeholder & community outreach; 1 yr working directly with ASD population.
