At Embed , we're looking for a highly organized and driven Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to help keep our global supply chain running smoothly. In this role, you'll work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, warehouses, and cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy, support international shipments, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain inventory accuracy across physical locations and ERP systems
Coordinate domestic and international shipments, collaborating with vendors, freight providers, and internal stakeholders
Support inventory management activities including cycle counts and stock audits at company and third-party logistics (3PL) facilities
Process and maintain ERP transactions accurately, including inventory movements and data uploads
Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and issue resolutionInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and logistics-related challenges
Respond promptly to supply chain requests from internal teams and external partners
Partner with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Installation, and Support teams to optimize operational efficiency
Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes and drive operational excellence
Assist with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities when required
Deliver professional and proactive communication to customers, vendors, and cross-functional partners
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory control, operations, or a related field
Experience working in a fast-paced business environment
Exposure to domestic and international shipping processes
Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite or similar platforms

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, reporting, and PivotTables
Ability to analyze information, make sound decisions, and drive results
Continuous improvement mindset with a desire to enhance processes and systems
Physical & Travel Requirements
Occasional visits to third-party logistics facilities
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in warehouse environments as needed
Flexibility to occasionally participate in early morning or evening meetings with international partners
Must reside in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and able to work hybrid (in office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday - other days to accommodate business needs) - *Relocation not available
