Job Description

DutiesHelpFormulates and directs the development of plans for all aspects of Department management of overseas and domestic visits of the Secretary of State.Accompanies the Secretary on actual trips to ensure full delivery of Department resources.Conducts detailed analysis of trip requirements and developing the Department's overall management implementation plan.Conducts comprehensive financial reconciliations and reviews during and at the conclusion of all trips.Prepares narrative written reports outlining areas of concern and recommended remediation to share with Department leadership; revises regularly to reflect ongoing changes in policy, procedure, and customer needs and expectations.
