Help Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a Junior Help Desk Support professional to assist with daily IT operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will support end users, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth computing operations across the organization.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with early-career IT experience who is looking to grow their technical skillset.

Serve as an IT liaison for computing operations

Respond to and resolve assigned help desk tickets in a timely manner

Provide support to end users on hardware, software, and network-related issues

Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues

Set up and configure desktops, laptops, user accounts, and assign appropriate security levels

Manage software and hardware inventory

Maintain and update IT documentationOrganize server room and IT storage areas

Support network and security-related tasks as needed

QUALIFICATION

1+ year of experience in Help Desk, Customer Service IT support, or PC Technician role

Experience with computer and printer maintenance and repair

EDUCATION

Associate’s Degree required

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Microsoft O365

Firewall concepts

Network security and protocols

Desktop and laptop hardware support
