Job Description

Medical Assembler – St. Paul, MNHours: 7am-3:30pm, M-FPay Rate: $18.75 per hourWhat You'll Work OnWork under direct supervision, performing routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes.Ensure that relevant job documentation for cell operations and functions is accurate and up to dateBe able to clearly communicate ideas, problems, and solutions to all levels of manufacturing management in both written and oral formMaintain a positive attitude when interacting with internal customers and external customers, such as toursFollow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices when performing all operationsParticipate in continuous improvement/quality initiatives to enhance production processes to achieve quality and profitability metricsPerform routine/preventative maintenance on applicable equipment to maximize efficiency, minimize accidents to enhance longer life of equipment and toolsMaintain accurate records to ensure traveler and quality documents are accurate, all parts are traceable, and quality issues can be addressed to assure the quality of all productsSkills and QualificationsAbility to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures at a 7th grade level; understand and follow verbal instructions at a 7th grade levelUnderstanding of and ability to utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software packagesAbility to handle and maneuver small components and partsAbility to make critical decisions and judgments with minimal supervisionAbility to use microscope 50% - 90% of work day based on line assignmentPrefer 6 months of experience working in a medical or other regulated production environmentsPrevious medical device, manufacturing, or assembly experience is helpfulAbility to work OT on Fridays and Saturdays based on business needs is preferredIf this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
