System AdministratorRequired Skills & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in technology, computer science or related. Experience with M360 license management, configuration and compliance. Experience with Windows 11 including creating and managing user accounts, computer imaging, security configuration. Experience with Microsoft Azure - troubleshooting MFA, SSO, etc. Experience managing an ITAM system, such as Asset Panda Troubleshooting ERP systems such as Epicore. Using Powershell for task automation. Strong customer service mindset.Job DescriptionAn Insight Global customer in the semiconductor industry is seeking to hire a System Administrator on a contract basis. This person will be responsible for overseeing and troubleshooting customer systems such as Microsoft 360 (multi-factor identification, licensing, provisioning, etc.), Windows 11, hardware, Network firewalls, ITAM systems, and ERP systems. This person will also be responsible for serving as the point of escalation for the other IT helpdesk individual on the technology team. This role will be based in Chandler, AZ, but will also support two other office locations on the East and West coasts. Hours for the role are relatively flexible - our customer expects someone to start no earlier than 7 AM and work no later than 6 PM. It is a firm requirement to be on site 5 days a week. We can offer compensation between $50-$60/hr but exact compensation may vary based on years of experience and education.
