Job Overview: We are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and collaborative Program Manager to join TE Connectivity's Digital Center of Excellence (Digital COE) and lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that modernize and evolve our digital ecosystem. The Digital COE partners across TE to bring together digital strategy, capabilities, data, and technology to improve how we serve our customers and enable our businesses. In this role, you will orchestrate large-scale, multi-year digital programs spanning business units, functions, regions, and technology platforms. You will translate strategy into executable roadmaps, connect interdependent workstreams, establish strong governance, and create the visibility and accountability needed to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with Digital COE leadership to shape program strategy and frameworks while partnering with teams across the organization that lead execution within their respective areas. Success requires the ability to bring structure to ambiguity, anticipate risks and dependencies, influence across functions, and communicate effectively from working teams through executive leadership.

Job Requirements:

  • Program Strategy & Planning: Lead the planning and orchestration of complex, multi-year digital programs aligned with enterprise and Digital COE strategy.
  • Program Delivery, Governance & Risk Management: Establish and manage program governance, operating rhythms, decision forums, and escalation paths.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Drive alignment across Digital, IT, Marketing, Product, Segments, Business Units, and other enterprise functions.
  • Business Readiness & Adoption Strategy: Partner with Digital COE leadership to define the overall business readiness and adoption strategy for major digital programs.
  • Financial & Vendor Management: Manage program budgets, forecasts, investment tracking, and financial reporting.

Compensation: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $125,000 $160,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location). Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits.
