Job Description

Subcontract AdministrationYou will be the Subcontract Administration for the HPM Solutions Advanced Programs team. Our team is responsible for developing subcontract specifications, managing bid packages, and administering subcontracts to support advanced program development. What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Administration you will be responsible for creating and managing subcontract packages, coordinating with contracts administration, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and evaluate proposals.Negotiate subcontract provisions and manage contract modifications.Administer awarded subcontracts and coordinate with internal stakeholders.Support policy development and act as a signatory within delegated authority.Why Join Us The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
