Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline. (Preferred: System Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)

Requirements management experience

Desired Skills Experience with Avionics, System Design, Software development and/or System Test Engineering Processes

F-16 Avionics and/or Software Experience

Experience with system design

Experience with Agile Software Development Process and tools (JIRA)

Experience F-16 engineering requirements and interface tools (TASER, SIMS, DOORS, FrameMaker)

Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering tools (CAMEO)

Experience with System and Software Engineering Processes

Experience with Test, Evaluation, and Verification Processes

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
