Seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager to work remotely, who will manage complex enterprise systems implementations, ensuring technical performance and solution design while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Partner with project managers and teams to develop and deliver technology solutions that meet business needs
Serve as the technical point of contact, facilitating decisions on complex technical and business processes
Ensure requirements traceability and oversee the execution of work goals, performance standards, and budgets
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in technical leadership
Strong background in systems engineering, cloud technologies, and general IT knowledge
Proven ability to share and transfer technology across organizational boundaries
Ability to form a vision and implement actionable plans to achieve that vision
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively
