Process Engineer – Injection Molding-Base salary up to 130k- Hudson, NH

As a Process Engineer, you’ll play a key role in improving and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You’ll develop and maintain process parameters, create and execute testing plans, analyze performance data, and communicate results that drive continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll work closely with the manufacturing team, serving as the main point of contact for developing and documenting production specifications. Responsibilities:

Optimize and refine manufacturing processes to improve product quality, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.

Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to resolve process-related issues.

Maintain and adjust process parameters within the ERP system to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Support the processing, validation, and documentation of new products, molds, processes, and equipment.

Train and mentor Process Technicians in troubleshooting and best practices for process optimization.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives through advancements in materials, tooling, processes, and automation.

Provide hands‑on support for daily production activities and assist in resolving process challenges.

Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.

Design and execute Design of Experiments (DOEs) to evaluate and enhance process performance.

Collaborate with customers and suppliers to ensure alignment on quality and process requirements.

Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering or equivalent professional experience

Proficient in applying Scientific Molding techniques

Knowledgeable in process validation using the IQ/OQ/PQ methodology

Understanding of automotive requirements such as PPAP, PFMEA, and APQP, or willingness to learn

Experience working with engineered resin materials

Familiarity with automation systems used in injection molding

Solid understanding of Quality and SPC systems and their requirements

Proven ability to manage projects from initial concept through full production

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and cross-functional teams

Compensation:

Base salary up to 130k/year
