At least 10 years of experience with 8 years in salesforce development

MUST:

Hands on Experience in Salesforce Objects Configuration, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Visual Force, Java Script Batch/Scheduled/Queueable Apex, Test Classes, Workflows, Approval Process, Assignment Rules, Process Builder, Flow, REST API, SOAP API, Lightning Components, App Builder Configuration

Must have 3+ years of LWC experience

Must have Platform Developer 2 certification.

Technical Leadership:

Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring high quality development and adherence to best practices

Architecture & Design: Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and system architecture

Development & Implementation:

Oversee the development, customization, and deployment of Salesforce components, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and integrations

Integration & Data Management:

Design and manage integrations with third party applications and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools

Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize Salesforce platform performance, ensuring high availability and reliability

Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security best practices, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams, product managers, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions

Code Reviews & Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement DevOps and CI/CD practices

Training & Mentorship:

Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to the Salesforce development tea

Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL

Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST, SOAP, and integration patterns

Knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Governor Limits

Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and version control tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset)

Hands on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Events
