C# / .NET Developer

Job Description

Our client is seeking a C#/.NET Developer to join their growing technology team. This role is ideal for a software engineer who enjoys building scalable applications, integrating with third-party systems, and collaborating across business and technical teams. This is a hybrid position based in either Fairfield County, CT or Harris County, TX.

C# / .NET Developer's Responsibilities and Duties:

Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and .NET 8 (or newer)

Build and support integrations with third-party platforms by analyzing and implementing API documentation

Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries and stored procedures within relational database environments

Apply object-oriented programming concepts and SOLID design principles to create maintainable, scalable solutions

Participate in code reviews and contribute to software architecture discussions

C# / .NET Developer's Qualifications and Skills: At least 3 years of professional software development experience

Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming principles

Experience developing applications with .NET 8 or newer (candidates with .NET 6/7 experience and a willingness to upskill will be considered)

Experience integrating applications through REST APIs and third-party software platforms

Strong SQL development skills and experience working with relational databases

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
