Plan, manage, and monitor all phases of construction projects to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to align project goals. Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and project plans. Supervise on-site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues promptly. Review contracts, permits, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout project lifecycles. Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes and industry standards.

A successful Construction Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects from planning to completion. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently. Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success.

Annual salary ranging from $125,000 to $150,000 USD. Comprehensive benefits package. Permanent, full-time position in Detroit.
