This position is for for experienced multi-skilled Craftsmenwho are committed to quality work and customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Work independently to safely and professionally complete home repair, maintenance and improvement projects within schedule and budget

Organize and manage equipment and materials required to complete projects

Work with clients and teammates to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining focus on safety

Accurately track job progress and collect payments utilizing field service software and tablets

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: A good overall knowledge of carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing and electrical

Possess many of the tools needed to complete home repair, maintenance and installation projects and understand how to safely/properly utilize them

Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and basic mathematical and English language skills

A strong work ethic, excellent time management, highly dependable, and self-reliant

Able to safely do physical labor work including bending, lifting (75+ lbs), climbing ladders and handling tools

Work in attics and other limited-space areas

Reliable transportation

Current valid driver's license with good driving record and ability to operate fleet vehicle in a safe manner at all times

Pass background screening
