Azure Network EngineerLocation: Lake Mary, FL OR Pittsburgh, PA - ONSITEBasic Qualifications:5 years overall network engineering experience3 years of hands-on experience configuring, administering, and troubleshooting Microsoft Azure networking environmentsMicrosoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate or Azure Administrator AssociateRequired Skills:Experience configuring Azure VNets, subnets, NSGs, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, and Azure FirewallSolid understanding of core networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, BGP, and VPN protocols (IPsec/IKEv2)Experience configuring and troubleshooting hybrid connectivity between on-premises and Azure environmentsExperience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Ansible, or Terraform) for network configuration and change controlWorking knowledge of network security best practices, including segmentation, least-privilege access, and firewall policy managementSecurity CertificationScripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or Azure CLI) for network automation and configuration validationPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Azure Virtual WAN, Azure Front Door, or multi-region network architecturesExperience integrating third-party network/security appliances (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet) with AzureGood to have: Aviatrix, BGP routing, Palo Alto firewalls, multi-cloud - AWS, GCP etc.Nice to have: Cisco networking, routing, switching etc.Role and Responsibilities:To perform the above job successfully, an individual must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed; meet the education and work experience required; and must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.Job Description:The Azure Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network solutions within Microsoft Azure environments.
