Inside Sales Representative

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and making a real impact? Quikserv is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is passionate about connecting customers with solutions and eager to grow with a company that has been delivering innovative transaction window products for decades.

In this role, you will be the voice of Quikserv — engaging with contractors, architects, facility managers, and distributors across the country to understand their needs and match them with the right product solution, whether standard or fully custom. You will own the full sales process: identifying and developing new customer relationships, responding to incoming quote requests, preparing proposals, and guiding buyers confidently from first contact through closing. Your work directly fuels the growth of a company known for quality, responsiveness, and craftsmanship.

This is an opportunity for a motivated self-starter who wants more than a job — someone who wants to build a career, be recognized for their results, and contribute to a team that takes pride in what they do. A competitive base salary plus commission ensures your effort is rewarded.

Job Responsibilities

Drive new business development through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead follow-up to expand Quikserv's customer base.

Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact and needs assessment through quoting, order entry, and close — for both standard and custom product orders.

Deliver consultative sales presentations that effectively communicate product features, benefits, and specifications to prospective and existing customers.

Achieve individual and company sales targets, including revenue, bookings, quote activity, and other defined KPIs.

Collaborate with engineering to develop drawings and proposals for custom products that meet specific customer requirements.

Partner with the Sales Manager, Project Management Team, and National Accounts to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped on time.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including opportunities, quotes, orders, and customer correspondence, in accordance with company policies.

Stay current on market trends, competitive activity, product innovations, and pricing to provide informed guidance to customers.

Process credit applications and resolve customer questions regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and product specifications.

Conduct proactive follow-up with customers post-purchase to confirm satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.

Participate in daily huddles, product training, and sales meetings with a positive, team-first attitude.

Perform other duties and projects assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

2–3 years of B2B inside or outside sales experience; experience in construction, building materials, or manufacturing preferred.

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a role representing a manufacturer, brand, or distributor.

Proactive and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities.

Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and match solutions accordingly.

Mechanical aptitude sufficient to understand, present, and sell a technical product line.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional phone presence, polished grammar, and a confident, customer-friendly demeanor are essential.

High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar); comfortable learning new software tools.

Ability to work effectively in a structured office environment, independently manage time and priorities, and consistently represent Quikserv with professionalism and integrity in all customer and team interactions.

Physical Requirements

Ability to remain seated and work at a computer workstation for extended periods.

Frequently use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other standard office equipment.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively by telephone, video conference, email, and in person throughout the workday.

Must have sufficient visual acuity, with or without reasonable accommodation, to review customer information, product specifications, drawings, quotes, orders.

Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and move throughout the office and occasionally visit manufacturing areas.

Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull product samples, sales materials, or office supplies weighing up to 25 pounds.

Ability to perform repetitive computer and telephone-related tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety-toe footwear, when entering designated manufacturing or warehouse areas.

Ability to work in a professional office environment with frequent telephone conversations, computer use, and interaction with employees and customers.

Occasional exposure to manufacturing conditions, including noise, moving machinery, dust, and varying temperatures, may occur when visiting production areas.
