Can Do Crew Plumbing, Heating & AC is growing, and we're looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Crew!

We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, upbeat, and knows how to make customers feel taken care of - but we're also looking for someone who pays attention to the details.

In this role, the little things matter. Names, phone numbers, addresses, appointment times, customer concerns, and accurate notes all affect what happens next. We need someone who can move quickly without sacrificing accuracy.

If you love helping people, have a great phone presence, notice the details others sometimes miss, and can comfortably switch between English and Spanish, you may be exactly who we're looking for.

What You'll Be Doing

• Answering incoming customer calls with a friendly, professional attitude
• Scheduling and coordinating service appointments accurately
• Communicating with customers in both English and Spanish
• Asking the right questions and gathering complete information about customer needs
• Entering accurate customer information, appointment details, and notes into our system
• Double-checking your work to make sure important details aren't missed
• Making outbound calls and following up with customers as needed
• Working closely with dispatchers, technicians, and the rest of our Crew
• Helping create the kind of customer experience that keeps people coming back
• Keeping up in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly

What We're Looking For

Bilingual English/Spanish is REQUIRED.

Strong attention to detail is a MUST.

We're also looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Takes pride in getting things right the first time

• Is comfortable asking questions when something isn't clear
• Can multitask while still maintaining accuracy
• Is comfortable spending a good portion of the day on the phone
• Has basic computer skills and is comfortable learning new software

• Can stay calm and professional with frustrated or upset customers
• Is organized and follows through
• Can work in a fast-paced environment without letting the details slip

Customer service or call center experience is preferred. Home-service experience is a plus, but we'll teach the right person what they need to know!
