Overview

Marina Distributing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products within our warehouse facility. The position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and value organization and accuracy. Location: Los Angeles, CA (on-site). Type: Full-time. Pay: $18.00-$22.00/hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
  • Inspect and verify incoming inventory for quality and quantity.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively.
  • Assist with regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors to meet operational goals.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to operate warehouse machinery including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
  • Commitment to adhering to safety standards and protocols.
