Job Description

We are looking for a

Lab Computing Analyst

to join a dynamic laboratory IT team supporting Windows-based laboratory systems and scientific instrumentation.

Provide technical support for laboratory computers, Windows systems, peripherals, and instrument-controlled software

Perform computer imaging, Windows installation/upgrades, configuration, and troubleshooting

Support scientific instruments and their connected computers/software

Manage equipment onboarding, relocation, upgrades, and retirement

Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and coordinate with instrument vendors

Support system validation, change management, security, and compliance activities

Maintain equipment/PC/software inventory and technical documentation

Experience with

computer imaging and deployment

Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills

Experience supporting

laboratory or scientific instrumentation

Knowledge of networking and Windows security/permissions

Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience in

GxP, GMP, ISO, or FDA-regulated environments

Experience working in validated environments
