We’re seeking a full‑time studio manager to join our leadership team at Perspire Sauna Studio Huebner Oaks. If you are confident, self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and love helping others feel their best, this is the perfect job for you.

Responsibilities

Leading a consistently high‑performing team that wants to win. You’ll be a hands‑on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback.

Working with guests all the time. If you want a non‑selling “office” job, this isn’t it.

Minding the details, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals. We care about results, so be prepared for us to validate yours.

A strong sense of urgency balanced with the innate desire to inspire people.

Our locations open early and close late 7 days a week, so our managers need open availability.
