Job DescriptionJob DescriptionNorth Rising Star | Minneapolis, MN | Full-Time | On-SiteGreat customer experiences start with great conversations.North Rising Star is expanding our Minneapolis team and looking for a Customer Relations Representative to work directly with customers on behalf of our clients.This is a face-to-face role where you’ll meet customers at retail and event locations, answer questions, introduce client products and services, and help create a positive experience from the first conversation through to customer acquisition.What You’ll Do Connect with customers in person and build genuine rapport

Represent client products, services, and campaigns professionally

Answer questions and provide clear, helpful information

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate options

Support customer acquisition and daily performance goals

Work alongside the team and participate in ongoing coaching What We Offer Weekly base pay plus performance-based earnings
