Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, receiving, and restocking inventory. This first-shift role (Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM) requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting or exceeding productivity requirements and adhering to quality, safety, and company standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about logistics and inventory management.Responsibilities:Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.Receive incoming shipments and check for irregularities or damages.Break down pallet loads.Restock inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.Assist with periodic physical inventory counts as needed.Consistently meet or exceed daily productivity requirements.Effectively operate Voice Picking systems.Comply with quality, productivity, safety, and company policy requirements.Follow the incident response procedure.Perform general housekeeping duties.Perform all other job-related tasks as assigned.Adhere to all company policies and procedures as applicable.Qualifications:Good written and verbal communication skills in English.Good organizational skills.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers.Ability to safely operate various warehouse-related equipment.Some warehouse experience preferred.Physical Requirements & Work Environment:This role requires lifting 50 lbs. independently (over 50 lbs. with assistance), walking, standing, or sitting for long periods, performing repetitive motions, climbing, kneeling, squatting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, grasping, reaching, and twisting, working at heights or using ladders and lifts, wearing steel-toe shoes and required PPE, and working overtime on a regular basis in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with its associated hazards.What We Offer:Comprehensive Health Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.Financial Security: Short-term and long-term disability coverage.Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with a generous company match of up to 6%.Time Off: Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays.Work-Life Balance: Paid maternity and paternity leave.And much more!Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:Niterra is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
