SecurityScorecard is the global leader in cybersecurity ratings with a strong US footprint and a growing AI-first design practice. We seek an operator to build and run the systems that enable both human designers and AI agents to collaborate within our product. This role focuses on creating the operating model, cadence, metrics, and standards for a fast, aligned pod-based team. You will partner with the UX Director and pod leads to raise tooling fluency, design judgment, and agentic design
