$125,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial records and account personnel. You will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts.

Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP.

Own and optimize the Great Plains (Dynamics GP) environment , including system integrity, reporting, process improvements, and collaboration with operations and leadership to support data-driven decision-making.

Serve as a strategic financial partner to leadership by providing clear financial insights, strengthening internal controls, supporting growth initiatives, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities.

Maintain compliance with government agencies.

Act as the point of contact for external auditors.

Maintain internal books and finances and analyze financial transactions.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 5 - 7 years of related experience.

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

GAAP knowledge.

Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
