Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer - Service Cloud (2 positions)

Location: Houston, TX

Work Arrangement: Remote

Duration: 3-6 months

(Prior Entergy experience is MUST)

Immediate Need - Candidates who can start ASAP are preferred.

Position Overview:

We are looking for experienced Sr. Salesforce Developers to support Service Cloud enhancements and ongoing Salesforce development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience and be able to work closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications and features.

Work on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Classes, and Flows.

Gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and security.

Integrate Salesforce with external applications using APIs and web services.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.

Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, and release activities.

Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Business Analysts, QA, and business stakeholders.

Follow Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills:

5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Triggers, Classes, and SOQL.

Experience with Salesforce Flows and configuration/customization.

Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.

Good understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and sharing rules.

Experience with deployment tools such as SFDX, Git, or Copado.

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred:

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.

Experience with large enterprise Salesforce environments.

Experience supporting production applications and Service Cloud enhancements.
