CDL A Driver

Roto-carts and lift gates are part of every delivery on this dedicated Dollar Tree fleet based in West Memphis, AR. You will run store freight across ten states and get a 34-hour reset at home each week.

On average you will deliver three loads per week, with three stops per load, covering an estimated 1,500 miles weekly. It suits CDL-A drivers who like staying active and want a steady weekly rhythm.

Dedicated customers tend to stay with C.R. England, and many fleet customers have been with us for over 20 years.

Lane Details:

• Customer freight out of West Memphis, AR
• Deliveries to TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL and AL
• About three loads per week, three stops per load
• Estimated 1,500 miles weekly
• Mileage pay
• Stop pay
• Guaranteed $1,400 minimum weekly if driver has no accidents, no service failures, refusals and is available 5.5 days

The Work:

• You unload a full truckload at each delivery
• Roto-carts and lift gates make the unload manageable
• An active role for drivers who like to stay moving

Home Time:

• Home weekly
• 34-hour reset at home every week
• Full-time schedule

Equipment:

• Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions
• 53' dry trailers
• Part of one of the newest fleets in the country

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
• Truck parking at home or secure location near home

Pay Details:

• Layover 24 hours - $200 per day
• Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day
• Training - Retraining Pay - $200 per day
• Backhaul Pickup - $25 per load
• St George backhaul pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage
• Mentor pay - $50 per day - $250 per week
• Mentor Road Test - $50 per road test
• Clean DOT Inspection - $25
• Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly
