We're seeking a Forklift Operator to work at a leading manufacturing company in Chino, CA.Pay Rate: $17.75/hrShift: Monday-Friday; 10AM - 6:30PMWhat's a typical day as a Fork Lift Operator? You'll be:Operating reach trucks and other material handling equipment to transport, store, and retrieve inventory safely within the warehouseLoading, unloading, and transporting materials to designated storage or staging areasAccurately picking and replenishing inventory from high-racking locationsUtilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to record inventory movement and ensure real-time transaction accuracyFollowing all safety guidelines, protocols, and equipment operating procedures at all timesConducting routine equipment safety checks and immediately reporting any maintenance needs or hazardsSupporting inventory control initiatives, including regular cycle counts and stock reorganizationMaintaining an organized, clean, and hazard-free work areaCollaborating with warehouse teammates to hit daily productivity and operational benchmarksAdapting to changing floor priorities and assisting with other general warehouse duties as requiredThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or material handling rolesPossess hands-on experience safely operating reach trucks or similar material handling equipmentBring strong knowledge of standard warehouse operations, product handling, and inventory storage proceduresCan confidently and safely maneuver equipment in high-racking aisles and tight, confined spacesHave experience with or exposure to warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning devicesDemonstrate sharp attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to qualityAre capable of handling the physical requirements of the job, including standing, bending, lifting, and extended equipment operationThrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and bring a reliable, adaptable work ethicHave a High School Diploma or equivalent (equipment operator certification preferred)Helping you discover what's next in your career is what we're all about, so let's get to work.
