The Project Manager coordinatesand deliversmultiple simultaneous projects considered medium to large in complexity withfinancial impactgreater than $7M. The Project Manager has fiscal responsibility for all project facets, including project billing, job cost reporting, and overall customer satisfaction.

You willfacilitatethe execution ofproject/program solution plan for clearly defined sub-projects or sub-programs. Responsible for delivery of results for the respective process steps. May guide technical or administrative staff. Acts as a functional process resource on projects or programs. Contributes to continuous improvementplan. May performactiverole inmaintainingfunctionally focused client relationships. Responsible for several projects of varying size. Must obtainPM@Siemenscertification for B and C projects (greater than $2.5M).

As a Project Manager , you will:

Reviewproject specifications, drawings and project-specific documents to establish project intent.

Developandmaintaina project schedule and coordinates needs with the project team.Identifytime-sensitive installation needs.

Manage the requisition of supplies and materials to complete projects.

Review plans and specifications andparticipatein project cost reviews.

Assist Operations Manager in the solicitation and contracting of subcontractors.

Conduct an orientation for project technicians and provides project documentation, including scope of work, drawings, applicable specifications, application-engineered drawings, project contacts, etc.

Track resources and project progress.

Document project events thatimpactthe schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency.

Pursue project-specific change-order opportunities.

Coordinate and pursue project-specific billing; coordinates withAccountingteam and Operations Manager.

Schedule project-specific commissioning resources and provide commissioning documentation.

Expedite the return of project-specific mark-ups for as-built development.

Complete project-specific close-out documentation.

Effectively manage and coordinate subcontractors to meet scope, scheduling, and financial requirements.

Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures; report unsafe conditions and actions.

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Must be able todemonstratethe ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers

Experience withMicrosoft Office and Microsoft Project

Verbal and written communication skills in English

Technical experience in the HVAC controls industry

7+years of experience managing projects

Must be able todemonstrate:

Knowledge and understanding of HVAC industry applications; ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications, and electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams

Knowledge of industry-standard communication protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

10+ years of technical experience in Building Automation

Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree

The pay range for this position is $122,951 - $210,773 annually with a target incentive 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
