BI Platforms Administration Primary Skills: BI Platforms Administration including Power BI, Looker Administration, Amazon QuickSight, Active Directory, Azure AD and Ping Federate. Requirements:

Extensive experience with implementing and managing BI platforms for business intelligence, data applications, and embedded analytics.

10+ years of experience in managing BI Platforms including Power BI, Looker, Amazon QuickSight.

Experience in designing and delivering complex platform architectures.

Extensive experience with Python programming, Shell Scripting, and PowerShell Scripting.

Identify and implement various automation solutions using scripting.

Have worked on various product APIs to automate Admin functions.

Extensive knowledge and experience on setting up security using Active Directory, Azure AD, and Ping Federate.

Have worked on configuring OAuth, SAML configurations for SSO implementation.

Experience in defining SDLC processes and CI/CD processes using Jenkins.

Integrating Looker with a GIT repo for code commits.

Extensive knowledge and experience with platform governance and resiliency.

Power BI Service architecture design and administration including but not limited to Azure and Power BI Administration, PBI Premium Capacity Administration, and extensive knowledge of Power BI Premium Service as a whole and how to troubleshoot and find opportunities for automation to streamline the day-to-day operations of the platform.

Experience with Looker Setup and Administration.

Architect and develop data models, ETL packages, and reports utilizing Power BI applying best practices to the development lifecycle. Data Modeling experience with Kimball method.

Experience with more than one database tool such as Snowflake, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server.

Understanding of various external components that BI tools depend on for successful connectivity, including understanding of Network, Firewall, Proxy, etc.

Integrating Power BI with different tools, including but not limited to Splunk, Collibra, ServiceNow.

Understanding of pre-requisites for a successful connection setup.

Strong ability to quickly propose solutions by recalling the latest best practices learned from MVP & Product Team articles, vendor documentation, whitepapers, and community publications.

A passion for understanding and integrating business semantics into technology solutions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, client-facing role were delivering solid work products to exceed high expectations is a measure of success.

Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills.

Ability to lead complex projects.

Must Have Skills & Experience:

Strong Looker Admin Experience (including LookML, dashboard creation, and instance management).

AWS Knowledge (EC2, S3, Lambda, Redshift).

Experience with CI/CD Processes (for automating testing and deployment).

Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

Experience with ITSM (IT Service Management) and Change Management.

Proficiency in Scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell).

Automation and Infrastructure Management Skills.

Understanding of Network Firewalls and Proxies (in cloud environments).
