A company operating in the Financial Services industry, located in Dallas, is looking for a controller. Reporting directly to the CEO.

Job Description

Manage and oversee all aspects of financial reporting and accounting processes. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasts. Support strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial insights. Lead integration of financial and operational systems. Improve reporting and month-end close processes. Support future growth and acquisitions. Provide stronger financial visibility to the PE.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Controller should have: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
