Senior IT Support Analyst - End User Computing

Job Description

Holland & Hart LLP is seeking a Technical Support Analyst II to provide end-user computing support for hardware, software, and networking. The role will interact with all business units and serve as a face of IT, requiring excellent customer service and teamwork while working independently. Responsibilities include handling tickets, troubleshooting Windows and Apple devices, supporting AD/Exchange, and contributing to knowledge bases. Some travel to other offices and on-call duties may apply.
