Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer/AdministratorWe are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Salesforce Marketing Cloud resources to support implementation, campaign execution, and platform maintenance efforts. This role is designed for individuals with foundational Marketing Cloud exposure who are eager to grow their skills while helping manage an existing backlog of campaign, automation, and data-related tasks. This opportunity provides hands-on experience, mentorship from senior team members, and the chance to build deeper expertise across the Marketing Cloud ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesMarketing Cloud Administration & Campaign SupportAssist with day-to-day administration of Marketing Cloud environmentsSupport campaign setup including email builds, audience segmentation, and schedulingHelp manage users, permissions, and basic platform configurationsAutomation & Data SupportAssist in building and maintaining journeys, automations, and data extensionsSupport data imports, list management, and basic segmentation activitiesHelp monitor performance and troubleshoot campaign or automation issuesIntegration SupportAssist with data flow between Salesforce CRM and Marketing CloudSupport testing and validation of integrations and campaign triggersEscalate complex technical issues to senior team members as neededCollaboration & GrowthPartner closely with senior Marketing Cloud specialists and mentorsDocument processes and support continuous improvement effortsProvide flexible support across related Salesforce areas as project needs evolveMusts2+ years of Salesforce experience with exposure to Marketing CloudHands-on experience with email campaigns, journeys, or automationsBasic understanding of Marketing Cloud fundamentals (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Data Extensions)Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environmentAuthorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (US Citizen or Green Card)Relocation to Gainesville, FL required upon conversionBonusExperience with audience segmentation and campaign executionFamiliarity with CRM-to-Marketing Cloud data sync conceptsExposure to AMPscript, SQL, or automation workflows
