Packing Machine Operator, 1st ShiftJoin a growing manufacturing team as a packing machine operator, where you'll play a key role in inspecting and packaging finished coated products for shipment. This is a hands-on opportunity with on-the-job training, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to quality and safety in a fast-paced production environment.Package finished coated products into cartons for shipmentTape, label, and stack cartons onto skids properlyInspect cans and coating for defects according to quality standardsMove completed skids to designated staging areasMaintain clean and organized work areas (housekeeping)Follow all safety procedures and company guidelinesAssist with general production support as neededStrong, verifiable work history with reliable attendanceAbility to follow safety rules and wear required protective equipmentHigh attention to detail and quality controlAbility to work effectively in a team environmentPhysical stamina with ability to lift up to 35 lbsComfortable working in a manufacturing setting (noise, machinery, fumes)High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience preferredMonday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PMOvertime required as needed (including Fridays)Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (Date of Hire)Health Reimbursement Arrangement & Flexible Spending Account401(k) & Profit SharingTuition Reimbursement ProgramPaid Vacation & 10 Paid HolidaysShort- & Long-Term DisabilityLife Insurance
