Job Description

Raytheon Junior Engineer PositionRaytheon's Effector Analog & Power Team is looking for junior engineers who have electronics knowledge to support the design and test of electronic products and systems. Our bread and butter are all things "circuit cards", and we want you to help us blaze the path!We're growing fast and we want you to grow with us! Apply today and take the next step in your engineering career.What You Will DoModify, rework, and populate Engineering CCA's, assemblies, and subassemblies to ensure proper operation according to the established criteria.Perform required repairs to returned and damaged units to an operational state.Micro-soldering under a microscope for an extensive periodBuild cables and harnesses from schematicsLearn about quality verification and inspection under a microscopeRepair, and replace wire harnesses and cable assemblies, with oversightReplace mechanical and electrical components, with oversightOperate multi-meters or basic ohmmeters to conduct point-to-point current connectionQualifications You Must HaveHigh School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experienceExperience with Solder, mechanical, quality standards, processes, and/or documentationExperience with cable and harness assembly, fabrication, and/or reworkWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
