Role Description

The Warehouse Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bastrop, Texas, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations. Warehouse and materials management experience is preferred, as well as a good driving record, and an ability to pass a DOT health inspection. Candidates should be able to work flexible hours and travel if needed.

A CDL is a plus but not required.

Daily activities include organizing material handling activities, and coordinating shipping & receiving to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.

Day-to-day tasks also involve operating or overseeing forklift use, enforcing safety standards, maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse, and collaborating with other departments to support project and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance oversight.
  • Hands-on experience with shipping & receiving and material handling processes.
  • Proficiency in inventory control, including stock tracking, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
  • Safe and efficient forklift operation, with applicable certification or the ability to obtain it.
  • Ability to use warehouse management systems or basic inventory software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role preferred.
