We are looking for someone who leads with humility, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation.Recruit, train, coach, and develop culinary managers and team members.Manage food and labor costs, purchasing, inventory, scheduling, and payroll.Maintain recipe standards, food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization.Collaborate on menu development and culinary improvements.Partner with restaurant leadership to improve operational performance and guest satisfaction.Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented kitchen culture.Qualifications5+ years of culinary leadership experience, including previous Executive Chef experience.Strong background in full-service or upscale casual dining.Demonstrated success leading teams and developing culinary talent.Strong understanding of food cost, labor management, purchasing, and inventory.Experience with fresh food preparation, recipe execution, and menu development.Hands-on, approachable leadership style with strong communication and organizational skills.Proven ability to maintain high culinary standards in a fast-paced environment.Stable career history and interest in long-term growth.Must be local to the Dublin/Columbus area.Compensation & BenefitsPerformance-based bonus opportunityMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offProfessional development and career advancement opportunities
