AI Engineer – GenAI Platform Support

We are looking for an AI Engineer – GenAI Platform Support to configure, support, secure, and deploy enterprise GenAI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Glean , and similar AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI/ML, Python, prompt engineering, model tuning, cloud platforms, security controls, and enterprise AI integrations , along with the ability to troubleshoot platform issues and support production feature releases.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support enterprise GenAI platforms including Claude, OpenAI, and Glean .

Manage Entra groups, security settings, scoped access, and Cybersecurity approvals .

Troubleshoot bugs and defects and coordinate with platform vendors for resolution.

Develop technical solutions for client application management and required security controls.

Support feature releases, pilots, approvals, and production deployments .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.

Apply prompt engineering, model tuning, and AI/ML development techniques.

Support enterprise AI platforms while following Zero-Trust and security standards .

Required Qualifications

Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI technologies.

Hands-on experience with Python or R for AI/software development.

Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Model Tuning .

Experience integrating AI solutions into business workflows .

Understanding of cloud computing and enterprise application environments .

Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

2–4+ years developing or deploying ML models.

Experience with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and GenAI applications .

Experience configuring enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, or Glean .

Knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Zero-Trust, scoped access, and security controls .

Experience with feature release management and production deployments .

AI/ML, Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering background.

Relevant Machine Learning, Data Science, or Analytics certifications .
