Job DescriptionThe RoleIn this role, you will be working with a team of technologists passionate about promoting testing practices, implementing test automation and executing testing with development and business partners!Developing and maintaining automated suites of tests to assess product quality and release readinessConduct manual testingTrain squads on test managementCollaborate with the team on improving test coverage and overall application healthThe Expertise You Have6-9 years of software product experience working on commercially available software4+ years of relevant technical experience and experience in test automationExperience in Agile / Scrum methodologyTesting Process and automation experienceFinancial services and agile experience preferredBachelor's degree or greater is requiredThe Skills You BringHands on experience with crafting and maintaining testing frameworks like Junit, Cucumber, FitnesseIntermediate Java skillsGood understanding of web services testingSQL skills is a mustData analysis and technical troubleshootingThe Value You BringCreate efficiencies in testing that increase agility and time to deliver business valueDrive a strong quality practices and influence the Squad to focus on quality in each sprintContinuously focus on improving stability and resiliency of critical business processes and applicationsCompensation, Benefits and DurationMinimum Compensation: USD 35,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 124,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
