Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a ground-floor position at a new fabrication facility in central Ohio. You will lead buildout, fixturing, structural setup and transition to steady-state production, working on-site with established teams.

Requirements include ABET-accredited degree or 15+ years hands-on experience, 3–5+ years in engineered-to-order manufacturing, and strong knowledge of ASME/API/NFPA/ANSI codes.
