Position Summary

HardyPaw is a growing pet-products company dedicated to providing quality products and excellent service to pet owners. We are looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Livermore, California.

Job Type: Full-time and Part-time
Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer phone calls professionally
  • Respond to customer emails and live-chat messages
  • Help customers resolve questions, concerns, and order issues
  • Place new customer orders and update existing orders
  • Provide product and order information
  • Track orders and assist with shipping-related questions
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records
  • Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Six months to one year of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized
  • Dependable and willing to learn
  • Experience with phone, email, or live-chat support is preferred
