Capsa Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Harloff division based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this customer-facing position, you will be essential to receiving and processing orders while providing top-tier support to our customers and sales representatives. We are looking for an individual who excels at maintaining professionalism and courtesy while troubleshooting and de-escalating complex customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and respond to incoming customer phone calls and inquiries (via email, voicemail, and website) promptly, typically within one hour of receipt.

Supply customers and sales teams with accurate product information, written quotes, and pricing details.

Process invoicing, order acknowledgments, RMA, warranty orders, and freight damage claims.

Maintain a 95% First Time Through (FTT) accuracy rate on month-over-month data entry and maintain daily logs for order entry errors.

Obtain freight estimates, schedule freight pickups, and cooperatively provide hands-on job training to co-workers as needed.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of strong customer service experience.

At least 2 years of previous customer service training experience is highly preferred.

Excellent ability to multi-task and switch tasks alongside strong problem-solving and reasoning skills.

Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate file folders, company intranets, and ERP systems.
