S:US is seeking a Shift Supervisor for their men's shelter in Brooklyn.
This position is located at 599 Ralph Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11233.
Scope of Role:
The Shift Supervisor provides supervision and training to residential aides and community coordinators. Supervision includes, but is not limited to, ongoing individual supervisory meetings; building inspections, ongoing feedback regarding job performance; coordinating work schedules, timesheets and requests for time off; coordinating work assignments; evaluating paperwork and documentation including the Security Log and Maintenance Work Order Log books; coordinating security and maintenance staff training, development and evaluation. May also be required to fulfill duties of residential aides and/or custodial personnel in their absence.
