Customer Service Representative & Technician – Concord, CAAuto-Chlor System is hiring a Customer Service Representative & Technician to join our growing team. We've been serving businesses across the country since 1938, building our reputation on dependable service, quality products, and strong customer relationships.This is more than a traditional customer service position. You'll spend your time working directly with customers, managing accounts, solving problems, and learning the products and equipment that keep their businesses running. If you're personable, dependable, hands-on, and looking for a career with room to grow, this could be a great fit.Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per yearWhat You'll Do:As a Customer Service Representative & Technician, you'll become a trusted resource for your customers and an important part of the local Auto-Chlor team. Your responsibilities will include:Build strong relationships with assigned customers and provide responsive, dependable serviceManage customer accounts and identify opportunities to grow those relationshipsDeliver chemicals, supplies, and other products directly to customersPerform routine preventative maintenance on commercial equipmentLearn equipment installation and refurbishing through hands-on cross-trainingIdentify customer needs and recommend additional products or services when appropriateMaintain accurate inventory and manage your daily scheduleRespond to customer questions and help resolve service-related issuesParticipate in an on-call rotation to support customers during emergency service situationsRepresent Auto-Chlor professionally while working with customers and throughout the communityWhat We're Looking For:We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people but also likes being active and hands-on.
