Program Analyst IKing George, VA 22485; Dahlgren, VA 22448DescriptionSCCI is seeking a Program Analyst I to join our team in support of a Weapon System Program. The Program Analyst will be responsible for providing a group of highly motivated managers, engineers, and scientists with a variety of support to assist with technical and administrative publications. A successful candidate will have the ability to analyze the effectiveness of program operations in meeting goals, requirements, and objectives. This position is available for immediate hire and located at our office in King George, VA.SCCI offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability benefits, 401k with Company Match, time off consisting of 2 weeks of paid vacation, 48 hours of sick/personal leave, and 11 paid Holidays.ResponsibilitiesWork as a liaison among engineers, scientists, configuration management specialists, logistics, testers, and other project stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document information according to approved processes and proceduresResearch, extract, analyze, and refine a wide variety of technical and non-technical material and informationFacilitate communication flow within internal team and external customersPrepare and edit presentations, reports, papers, and other documentation in a form suitable for intended audiencesTrack documents through their review and approval processesQualificationsEssential Skills and Experience:Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active Secret Security ClearanceHigh school diplomaTwo (2) - Three (3) years professional experience, four (4) of which are specialized in analyzing effectiveness of program operations in meeting goals, requirements, and objectivesExperience developing life cycle analysis of projects or performing economic evaluations of programsExperience analyzing information for program reporting and systems evaluationExperience analyzing requirements, regulations, or legislation and how it impacts operations, design, and securityHighly proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write in explanatory and procedural stylesAbility to write clear, logically sequenced, and grammatically correct documentsAttention to detail in project documentation for content, formatting, consistency, and grammarSelf-starter with ability to learn new technologies, tools, technical system configurations, and processes quicklyAttention to detail, planning, and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently, multitask, and manage priorities in a dynamic environmentPreferred Skills and Experience:Familiarity with Rapid Development Process ProgramsExperience with DoD System Development and Acquisition ProcessesFamiliarity with test plans, reports, and technical documentationDemonstrated experience working with engineers, HW/ SW developers, and management to gather necessary documentation, requirements, security, and safety information for technical papersSCCI is committed to providing a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to meet the needs of employees and their families.
