Warehouse Associate

FieldBridge is looking for a Warehouse Associate in Houston, TX. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay is $21 - $23/hr | Day Shift | Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM | OT as needed At $23/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of approximately $1,322.50 gross.

Position Overview

NOV's FM 529 Rig Equipment division is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day receiving, shipping, inventory, and materials handling operations. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of hands-on warehouse experience, proven forklift operation skills, and familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP/MRP systems. This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong attention to detail and a solid attendance record.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving operations, including reading warehouse documentation to direct movement of materials
• Record material movement and inventory transactions into the computer database (Oracle/MSCA Gun)
• Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts; maintain accurate inventory records including shortage lists
• Safely operate Class II & IV forklifts (Hyster 50–170, Order Picker, Manlift, Reach Truck) and JIB/Overhead cranes
• Maintain warehouse in a clean, orderly, and safe condition in compliance with NOV HSE policies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, with receiving experience required
• Valid forklift certification or demonstrated forklift operating experience (Class II & IV)
• Proficiency with Oracle or MSCA systems; computer literate and adaptable to new systems
• Strong attendance and punctuality record
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work in non-climate-controlled environment
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
