As a Sales Associate at eStar Rides, you will be the friendly face for our customers—guiding them through every aspect of our business. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless experience whether customers are buying, renting, or seeking repair advice.

Key Responsibilities: Sales: Assist customers in selecting the right e-bike or e-scooter; explain features, financing, and after-sales support

Rentals: Manage rental agreements, equipment checkouts/returns, and educate riders on safe usage

Repairs: Liaise with our technical team by gathering initial repair information and providing customer updates

Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest micromobility trends

What We’re Looking For Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a tech or transportation setting

Strong communication skills with an approachable, friendly demeanor

Basic technical aptitude to understand product features and troubleshooting steps

Flexible schedule with a willingness to work weekends or extended hours as needed

Bonus Points: Familiarity with electric bikes, scooters, or similar micromobility vehicles

Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
